The Jumeirah Beach Residence is one of the places in Dubai which is making the most profit for those who are utilizing the space for business. The hospitality business is already a revenue generating heaven for hotel owners in Dubai. When it comes to the Jumeirah Beach Residence, the profit doubles as tourists are easily attracted towards the beautiful view of the beach and the luxuries that it enfolds. The proof of this are the thirty five residential towers and five, 4 and 5 star hotels serving the locals and tourists in JBR. These residential and hotel towers are ideal for beach lovers and supply an ample amount of opportunities for the owners to show off their management skills.
However, it is believed that an excess of anything can be dangerous. Similar is the case with the number of increasing towers on Jumeirah Beach. The new additions to the Jumeirah Beach Residence are confining the space for people who want to enjoy the warmth of the beach and the cool of its waters. The Al Bateen tower has blocked much of the view of the sea for the people who occupy apartments and businesses in the Hawthorn Suites. The Al Bateen tower has 50 floors of commercial and residential space and is taller than the Hawthorn Suites. Moreover, it has more market value due to its newly constructed infrastructure and offered luxuries which make it a sudden attraction to the people who want to experience something new on Jumeirah beach.
Similarly, the construction of the 1/JBR tower skyscraper will definitely decrease the possibility of viewing the sea for hundreds of people. 1/JBR will be an apartments tower which will be completed by the year 2019. It is being built near the Jumeirah Beach walk area which is also considered as a commercial and tourist spot. There are concerns about the possible increase in the traffic on the Jumeirah beach walk which already is huge enough to cause trouble to visitors.
The 1/JBR tower will also block the view of the sea for the visitors and residents of the Augusta Tower. This is somewhat similar to the case of the construction of the Rixos Hotel in the Al Fattan Crystal Towers, which will block the sea view for the occupants of JA Resorts and Towers.
In addition to the rise in construction of hotels and residential buildings and the blockage of the view of the beautiful Jumeirah beach, there is a problem of the price hike. Even though there is more than one option for people to choose from, the hotels and residences are expensive. Moreover, the owners of these luxury towers are not ready to decrease the rates either. The same will definitely be expected from the owners of 1/JBR as the prices for booking apartments at the tower have already been announced.
